Turmeric Latte

Turmeric acts as an amazing natural remedy especially popular for its ¬†anti viral and anti inflammatory properties. It is a spice but isn’t hot for those that aren’t familiar with it. This drink is a very calming, sweet remedy full of great properties that benefit your ¬†insides while tasting delicious. It is a good replacement for coffee if you are trying to cut back but crave a hot sweet drink in the morning.

Recipe:

1 cup of milk of choice (almond/soy/coconut)

1 tbsp turmeric

1 tbsp fresh chopped ginger

1 tsp honey

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cardamon

Mix all the ingredients together and simmer on low heat in a pot. Stir slowly until it starts bubbling and is warm enough to drink
