There’s nothing tastier than a good acai bowl for brekky. I often find them to be very rich and many stores will overload them with lots of unnecessary sugars. This recipe is light, blended with coconut water and leaves plenty of room to top with all your favourites such as goji berries, banana, coconut yoghurt, nut butter, cacao nibs, chia and more!
2 packets of unsweetened frozen acai ( I use Amazonia brand)
1 frozen banana
½ cup coconut water
Toppings can include:
Just blend all the ingredients in a blender and top with your favourites!
