Healing Turmeric Smoothie

This week I got a random order from the health food store which included the golden quench turmeric milk , inspiring me to make this turmeric smoothie. So delicious and holds great  anti inflammatory properties!

Recipe:

1/2 big banana

1/2 cup frozen mango

4 blocks ice

1/2 small cucumber

2 teaspoons fresh turmeric

1 cup turmeric milk

teaspoon nut butter

tbsp granola/muesli/rawnola (optional, I had homemade rawnola in fridge so just threw some in)

large pinch cinnamon

large pinch black pepper

BLEND!

*top with anything such as coconut flakes and chia seeds!
