Start your morning right with this delicious green smoothie bowl topped with my new favourite paleo granola from brookfarm muesli, some cacao nibs and goji berries. Chuck everything in the blender and you’re good to go 👍🏼 Perfect for when you’ve got a busy morning ahead !

Recipe

Ingredients
Makes 1-2
1 cup frozen mango
1 tsp Cinnamon
Half a cucumber
1 tablespoon of coyo
1 tsp spirulina
1 tablespoon chia
1tsp maca powder
1 cup coconut water
Handful of ice
1 cup baby spinach

Blend and serve topped with your favourite crunch!

Tip: if you want the consistency to be thicker for your bowl, add more ice and less liquid !
