It’s no lie that my weakness is granola. It is dangerously addictive and once I start picking I can’t stop! I couldn’t help but make a bliss ball recipe with the yummy flavour of granola! Feel free to add any extras that you love e.g. pepitas, cacao nibs, goji berries, hemp seeds or protein for that extra morning hit!
Recipe (makes 10 balls)
pinch of cinnamon
handful of almonds
1 cup granola (preferably homemade, or one low in sugar)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp nut butter( I used almond)
1 cup desiccated coconut
Blend all ingredients in a blender until mixture is smooth and combined and roll into balls. Keep in fridge or freezer and enjoy!!
