Low Sugar Super Smoothie


This smoothie is packed with goodness and has been my perfect go to breakfast over the past few weeks. I have been feeling like low sugar breakfasts lately as I feel like something more protein and rich in fats gives me the best energy for the rest of the day and helps me feel grounded. This is so easy to make and you can add whatever you like to make it your own!


1/4 frozen banana

1/2 cup blueberries

2 big handfuls baby spinach

1 tsp spirulina

1 tsp supergreens (optional)

1 tsp maca powder (optional)

1 tsp flaxseed ( or seed of choice like chia)

1 tbsp protein of choice (optional)

1/2-3/4 cup coconut water


Feel free to add your own superfoods and powders, this is just what I usually have in my cupboard. Top with your goodies of choice
