No Equipment 30 min Workout Anywhere!

I have always been a big believer and lover of exercise for so many reasons! Not only is it great for your mental and physical health, it always brings a great start to my day, helping to wake me up and let go of any stress or tension I might be holding onto. I understand especially as a student, how expensive it can be to afford gym memberships, or when travelling or short for time access to instructors or gyms can be a challenge. That is why I love making my own workouts which I can do anywhere, while getting my heart rate up and working up a little sweat.

WORKOUT

50 mountain climbers

20 squats

20 lunges

20 jump lunges

20 wide squats

20 glute bridges

20 glute bridge pulses

20 donkey kicks each side (40 total)

20 donkey pulses each side

20 snap jumps in and out

15 double leg raises

30 side pulse crunches (15 each side )

50 bicycles

50 heel taps

50 toe taps

Pilates 100

1 min plank

10 burpees

REPEAT TWICE
