Citrus Bircher

What better way to celebrate spring than with this fresh, tasty citrus bircher. With a base of coconut water & fresh grapefruit juice, this bircher is filled with delicious goodies with something new in every mouthful. I used the premium muesli mix from The Bircher Bar and then added some more toppings of my own. If you don’t have this you can use your own muesli as well and add in your favourite superfoods – its a super easy recipe and great to make a double batch as part of meal prep for the week. 


1 cup muesli ( I used bircher bar premium mix)

1 cup coconut water

Juice of 1 grapefruit

1 tbsp goji berries

1 tbsp pepitas


  1. Mix muesli, juice and coconut water in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge overnight
  2. Serve cold after the mixture has sit for at least 6-8 hours and top with goji berries , pepitas and some fresh fruit or other toppings of your choice
