Naked Burgers

People are often surprised to find out that I do actually eat and enjoy meat in my diet! I have always grown up making homemade beef burger patties with good quality beef mince, lots of chilli, onion, garlic and ginger. Homemade is always best. I have never been a burger fan however naked burgers are one of my favourite go to meals. This one is so easy and you can add all your favourite burger ingredients but without the bun and extra veg! This meal is perfectly paired with some homemade sweet potato or beetroot chips and is a great healthy swap to your regular burger.
