Anzac Day Inspired : Cookie Dough & Hemp Seed Bliss Balls + Cookie

Another public holiday ( wasn’t it just Easter !?) , but I ain’t complaining because it means more creativity in the kitchen for me ! Try these bliss balls or single serve cookie using the traditional combination of Anzac oats and shredded coconut with added nutritional benefits of hemp seeds and linseeds. Gluten , Dairy & Refined sugar free these will both go down a treat this Anzac Day

Anzac Inspired Cookie Dough & Hemp Seed Bliss Balls 

2 dates

1 tbsp honey

1 cup oats

1 cup shredded coconut

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1/2 cup almonds

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp almond milk

1 tbsp cinnamon

pinch of vanilla

Combine in a blender and roll into desired size balls. Store in fridge or freezer

Processed with VSCO with c1 preset

Anzac Inspired Cookie 

2 tbsp almond milk ( add more if too dry)

1 tbsp buckwheat flour

1 tbsp almond meal

1 tbsp oats

2 tbsp shredded coconut

1 tbsp linseeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp sweetener of choice

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp of cinnamon, baking soda, salt, vanilla

Combine in a bowl and bake in a lined baking tray for 10 minutes on 170 degrees or until golden
