So one of you suggested to me on insta I make some choc lamington raspberry protein bars .. challenge accepted and so glad I tried these ! They are the best flavour combo ever and you guys need to make asap! The yummiest snack or dessert ever – full of goodness of course and ultimate flavour
Ingredients
- 1 serve chocolate protein
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp almond meal
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- dark choc to melt
Method
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl except cacao nibs
- Heat up wet ingredients together in the microwave and stir through. If it is too dry , add a bit more nut butter
- Once mixed, stir in cacao nibs
- Place into a lined baking tin and allow to set for 2 hours
- Drizzle with melted choc and store in freezer
