Choc & PB Protein Slice

This combo can never go wrong.. add a pinch of salt and it is the ultimate mix. This slice is so decadent and delicious and with that added protein is a great excuse for a post workout snack šŸ˜‰ You can also make this without the protein powder by adding in more almond meal or flour of choice. Note : I recommend using a peanut butter with salt in it already as it adds to the flavour lots. If you are allergic to peanuts try subbing for another nut butter or tahini!


1 scoop protein ( or 1/2 cup almond flour)

3 tbsp peanut butter salted

1/3 cup almond meal

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

pinch saltĀ Ā 

Almond milk ( dash, add slowly incase it is too dry )

1 tbsp honey

1/2 cup choc chips

+ choc chips and PB to top

Optional: stir in some frozen raspberries !


  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir well
  2. Press firmly into a lined baking tin and set in freezer
  3. If you want to top – melt some extra choc chips in a bowl and drizzle over the top with extra PB & choc chips
  4. Place back in freezer to set and store and enjoy!
