Turmeric Crumble Cups

These golden gaytime turmeric cups are so delicious and the perfect healthy baking activity + a cheeky immune boosting treat! Low in sugar , gluten free and full of goodness xx

Crumble

1/2 cup walnuts

1 tbsp buckwheat flour

1 tbsp coconut

1 tbsp oats

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp Turmeric powder

dash Almond milk

Yoghurt Layer – 1 cup greek or coconut yoghurt

Turmeric Paste ( recipe on my instagram page or any turmeric latte)

Base

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp vanilla protein ( I use naked harvest)

2-3 tbsp turmeric paste/ latte

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup buckinis

1/2 cup coconut

pinch vanilla

Method

Preheat oven to 170

Combine all base ingredients in blender and press into lined muffin tin. Place in freezer.

Mix crumble ingredients together and then place in oven to bake for 10-15 mins or until golden and set aside to cool.

Place 1 tbsp yoghurt over each cup and place back in freezer for 15 minutes.

Once sightly firm, drizzle over turmeric paste / latte and sprinkle generously with crumble. Place back into freezer to set

Keep any leftover crumble to add onto smoothies / yoghurt bowls

Store in freezer
