Bringing you healthy recipe content creation & Sydney catering…

Hey there!

My name is Sarah, I am a 21 year old student from Sydney. My passion for health and nutrition inspired me to create tasty recipes which are accessible to everyone and most of which are easy to make. I was inspired by other food bloggers and the importance of being able to recognise the effects of what you put into your body to create recipes that are not only healthy but super delicious and that inspires others to enjoy healthy food.

All my recipes on here I have created myself and most of which are gluten and dairy free. This is generally because I feel a lot better when I don’t eat them. However, gluten can also be quite damaging to the gut which is why I try to avoid it in most of my recipes. That being said, it is best to eat what suits your own body since everyone is different. These recipes are easily adaptable, if you would rather be adding dairy and / or gluten products to your meals just substitute!

I also do private catering and orders of bliss balls  and granola in Sydney. Please contact me for any enquiries! I do mainly choc pistachio, salted caramel and peanut butter but am so happy to whip up any flavours upon request you might like!

Please don’t hesitate to leave any comments or questions.

Hope you enjoy xx

  1. Hi Sarah, I was lucky enough to win a 10 Pack Box of Bliss balls, could you advised how to arrange pick up or delivery of these? I won them at the Kambala fundraiser.

    Cheers Conny
